BT151 series of silicon controlled rectifiers, with high ability to
withstand the shock loading of large current, provide high dv/dt
rate with strong resistance to electromagnetic interference.
They are especially recommended for use on solid state
TO-220F provides insulation voltage rated at 2000V RMS from
all three terminals to external heatsink. TO-220F series comply
with UL standards
